J.H. Ferguson & Associates, LLC will write business only with producers with whom we have a Producer Agreement. We may provide quotations to producers without agreements, but policies cannot be bound until there is an executed agreement with J. H. Ferguson & Associates, LLC or the United National Group.

We will accept another company's application if there is sufficient information to provide a quotation. We will later need our application completed if an account is bound.

Our quotations are valid for 30 days. After that time period we may issue a new quotation. However, we cannot guarantee that the premium or conditions will be the same as the original premium quotation.

We will gladly try to provide rush service within 24 hours. We guarantee all other submissions in a week or less.
